Vacancy: LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Estate & Letting Agency

Location: Sutton, SM1

Salary: OTE £50k+

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager who is enthusiastic, energetic and interested in further developing a career with a market leading Lettings Agency.

This is a great chance to join a smart, vibrant and well-known local brand with offices in Sutton and the opportunity to run the Lettings Office.

The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the Lettings industry, be a superb lister and business builder, and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.

You will be proactive, articulate and well-presented and well-spoken and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum.

Previous experience at management level and having supervisory skills would be ideal.

An ARLA qualification is desirable and you must have a comprehensive understanding of the lettings regulations and legislation.

The Company: Our client is a highly professional independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency, with an excellent reputation, a well-known brand, and offices in the Sutton area.

Skills required for this Letting Manager role will include:

  • Previous experience in as Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager
  • ARLA qualified preferable or willing to work towards it
  • Listing and instruction winning experience
  • Ability to build strong business relationships
  • Focused to lead and motivate a team
  • Able to win new business
  • Full UK driving license and car owner required
  • Local knowledge of the Sutton area is preferred
