National Account Manager (Hybrid) - Salary £45K (DOE) + Bonus
My client is a family-owned company based in South London with Key Accounts with large retailers across the UK. We are currently searching for an experienced National Account Manager. As the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts with B2B customers such as John Lewis, Sainsbury's, WHSmith, Waitrose and more. You will also be tasked with securing new business; this will involve identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities to open new FMCG and Key accounts across the UK.
This is a hybrid position - with three days a week in the office, but they can be flexible depending on customer visits. This role comes with a base salary of £45K (DOE) with a 10% annual bonus scheme.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on National Account Management for B2B customers to win new listings and meet UK sales targets, KPIs and P&L responsibilities
- Prioritising identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities to open new FMCG and Key accounts across the UK.
- Analysing data and market trends to build a strategic sales plan for the UK and involved in for setting sales budgets alongside the Commercial Director
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to plan and execute B2B Marketing campaigns
- A thorough understanding of forecasting and how that relates to demand planning. Accountability for providing accurate forecasting across Key Account channels.
- Continuously seeking out new opportunities to grow the business and expand market presence.
