Overview
Due to planned growth we are currently seeking a professional and experienced PPM Engineer with fire alarm experience to join our team. This role will involve covering Sutton and surrounding areas, working on retirement properties, and being part of a call-out rota 1 week in 4.
Responsibilities
- Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on fire alarm systems
- Responding to call-outs and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with BS5839 and other relevant regulations
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a PPM Engineer with fire alarm expertise
- Knowledge of BS5839 and other relevant industry standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving license
Day-to-day
As a PPM Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks, responding to emergency call-outs, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard. You will also have the opportunity to work on retirement properties, providing a valuable service to our elderly residents.
