are4you are looking for a full time Field Care Supervisor in the Sutton/Epsom area for our growing Company. Candidates must have care experience and either currently a Field Care Supervisor, or looking to step up to become a Field care Supervisor. NVQ3 preferred, but not essential. Must be passionate about delivering and the delivery of good quality care. This role may involve an uplift to Trusted Assessor for the right candidate.
As a Field Care Supervisor for Kare4You, you will be responsible for Customers and Carers within the local community. Candidates will need to be enthusiastic, flexible and kind with a good Can Do attitude. Duties will include completing Risk assessments with New Customers, monitoring, visiting and reviewing Customer Care plans regularly, and supervising Care workers with spot checks, competency checks and supervisions to ensure all care is kept up to the excellent standards we expect.
Applicants will need to have strong communication and leadership skills and be able to lead by example, and as you will be needed to travel to Customers homes, you will therefore be required to have a full driving licence and own car.
