As a Learning Support Assistant you will:
* Assist in the organisation and execution of lesson plans, including setting up and maintaining the classroom environment.
* Provide support to pupils individually and in small groups to help them grasp the curriculum.
* Monitor, document, and communicate pupil progress.
Skills and Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant role.
* SEN experience is highly advantageous.
* Strong ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Highly reliable and dependable.
