We are seeking Cover Supervisors, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), and Support Staff to join our secondary schools in Sutton. These are fantastic opportunities for individuals who are keen to make a difference in the classroom and gain valuable experience in education.
Roles Available:
- Cover Supervisors – Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers, ensuring students remain engaged and focused.
- Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) – Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum.
- General Support Staff – Assist with administrative tasks, pastoral support, and classroom organisation to ensure the smooth running of the school.
The Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A passion for education and supporting young people
- Strong communication and classroom management skills (for Cover Supervisors)
- Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
- The ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to a school environment
- A positive, proactive, and patient approach to learning support
