Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Learning Support Assistants to support students' learning and development, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEMH needs in class and during activities
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and evaluation
- Develop positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Provide emotional support and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with support staff for comprehensive student support
Requirements:
- Experience supporting students with SEMH needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team

Working Hours and Pay:
- Hours: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Pay: £95 - £110 per day
