Supervising Social Worker - No Out of hours / No Form Fs
Salary up to 39,702 + 3,000 car allowance
NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating in the South London area.
In this role, there is no expectation to complete Form F Assessments, as they use independent social workers. This means that the Supervising Social Worker will concentrate on supporting the foster families.
There is no Out of Hours either, as they have an out of hours team. This will allow you to have a very good work - life balance.
The role is hybrid, offering you flexibility with your working hours. The office is in Sutton.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 - 12 foster families located around Croydon, Surrey, Greenwich, and the outskirts of Kent.
In this role, you will be joining a therapeutic fostering agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating.
They are using an integrated therapeutic model which will allow the Supervising Social Worker to work closely with therapists, other social workers, foster parents and educational experts, in order to ensure that the children and young people in their care receive the right treatment and support.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
