Supervising Social Worker - 49,000 per annum + 3k car allowance

NonStop Care is working with a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the South London area, in order to help them find an experienced Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
They offer a very good salary package that can get up to 49,000 per annum + 3,000 car allowance, allowing you to be well rewarded for your work.
They also offer up to 7.200 productivity bonus which is based on the number of children on caseload.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 8 - 12 foster families, located mostly around south and south east London. They also have two carers in Dartford area and one in Essex.
The role involves supervising foster carers and working therapeutically with them and the children and young people in their care.
This is a hybrid role (2 - 3 days per week in the office in South East London).

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
