We are looking to recruit a Assistant Team Manager in a MASH Team within Sutton The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

The responsibilities of the Social Worker includes:

  • Case Load Management
  • Completing reviews and assessment
  • Working alongside other agencies
  • Working to ensure the protection of vulnerable children
  • Assessing and reviewing existing service users
  • Working effectively with other professionals
  • Helping the TM provide management resources
  • To supervise newly qualified SW
  • Chairing meetings

To ideal candidate will have:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DPSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
