Randstad is recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker in Sutton to work in either a Locality or Court Team. Excellent salary offerings of £34,809 - £44,628.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- You will have an understanding of child development, including attachment theory.
- You will have knowledge of the assessment framework.
- You will relate theory to practice.
- You will assess and evaluate.
- You will communicate in writing to a high level (produce reports).
- You will communicate orally to a high level (present information clearly to service
- users/colleagues and other agencies.
- You must have good communication skills and be a team worker with the ability to work
- independently and manage a caseload.
Requirements:
- SWE registered
- Enhanced DBS
- Social Work Degree
- Completed ASYE
