As a Permanent Adults Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering adults who require social care services. You will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and other professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support.
Responsibilities include:
- Produce high quality work with a rapid throughput, combining increasing productivity with quality of casework
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of adult's needs and develop care plans to promote well-being and independence
- Identify and address safeguarding concerns, ensuring the safety and protection of vulnerable adults in accordance with relevant policies and legislation
- Determine an appropriate level of intervention and service provision
Requirements:
- Relevant social work qualification
- 2 experience in adult social work, including assessment and care planning
