What you will do:
- Manage and guide a team of social workers and specialist support workers committed to supporting children with disabilities.
- Oversee and coordinate child in need and child protection plans to safeguard the well-being of young individuals.
- Collaborate with families and agencies to implement effective strategies for children looked after.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high standards of practice.
- Report and liaise with senior management on team progress and case developments.
