Role:
- Adapt and create learning materials tailored to meet the specific needs of individual students
- Offer 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN, helping them engage with the curriculum
- Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Provide emotional, social, and physical support to students
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive, supportive atmosphere
Requirements:
- A 2:1 or higher Bachelors degree in Psychology or a related field from a top 20 UK university
- Prior experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and effective behaviour management
- A child-centred approach and a genuine passion for supporting students in overcoming learning challenges
