SEN Teaching Assistants – Supply Work (Secondary Schools, Sutton)

We are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants (TAs) for supply work in a range of mainstream and SEN secondary school settings. Whether you’re looking for day-to-day, short-term, or long-term placements, we have opportunities to suit your availability.
The Role:
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties
- Assist teachers in delivering differentiated learning tailored to individual student needs
- Help create an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment
- Support students with their social, emotional, and academic development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with SEN students in a secondary school setting (preferred)
- A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and differentiation
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A passion for supporting students with additional learning needs
