About the Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant in this role, you'll provide classroom support to students with special needs (ASD, ADHD, and SEMH) adapting materials and working closely with teachers to implement individual education plans. Additionally, you'll play a key role in managing students' behaviour, offering solutions to deescalate situations as they arise. You will be working 1-1 with students who need additional support within class.
