Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Autism? We are seeking a dedicated TA to join a welcoming SEND Base within a mainstream Primary School in Sutton.
This full-time role requires previous experience working with children with Autism, along with patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to learning support. You will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to create an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

What You'll Do:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with SEN, including those with ASD, ADHD, and more.
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school staff to ensure every child feels supported and included.
- Adapt your approach to meet individual needs, helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
