The Role:
- Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Support students with a variety of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles and EHCP requirements
- Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and school staff
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant SEN teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN in a secondary school setting
- A strong understanding of differentiation, behaviour management, and inclusive teaching
- Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
- A passion for supporting students with additional learning needs
