What You'll Do:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the Business: Develop a comprehensive understanding of there supply chain and business model, covering key partners, processes, and market sectors.
  • Building Relationships: Forge strong connections with supply chain partners, internal colleagues, and customers to enhance collaboration.
  • Leading Non-Conformance Reviews: Drive communication and resolution of non-conformances, while utilising data analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Management: Focus on operational performance with key supply chain partners using structured, data-driven methods.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of live operational requirements, proactively resolving any challenges that arise.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist the Supply Chain Manager in strategic projects related to Compliance, Performance, Digital Transformation, and Sustainability.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Engage in various tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Who You Are:
We're looking for someone who embodies professionalism and customer focus! The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or international trade.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends within data.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Effective organisational and time management abilities.
  • Previous experience in one or more of our main market sectors, such as Food & Nutrition, Pharmaceuticals, or Industrial Solutions.
  • Background in (chemical) distribution and/or sales & marketing is a plus!
  • Enjoy standard working hours (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday) with the opportunity for hybrid working after training.
