You will be responsible for managing an allocated portfolio of developments and will ensure the provision of an efficient and accurate administrative day-to-day property management service.
In addition, you will work in partnership with the team leader to provide expert guidance and mentoring to colleagues within your team. Key responsibilities will include primary responsibility for the delivery of a property management service to a portfolio of residential buildings, undertaking client care and liaison, co-ordinating the work of accounts and property services department to ensure service delivery.
You must have previous extensive block management experience and a minimum of AIRPM qualification, substantial prior experience of delivering excellent customer service to clients, experience of managing/supervising on-site staff, knowledge of relevant Landlord and Tenant Act and RICS and ARMA guidelines, be aware of all Health and Safety procedures and protocols, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
