  • The role is primarily office-based with occasional visits to workshop environments, and training will be provided for compiling eDocs.

Nelson Permanent Placements are working with our client who are a UK leading M&E contractor who offer full turnkey engineering solutions to their vastly growing Blue Chip client base. Our client operates heavily in the FMCG & Food & Beverage industry.

You will responsible for;

  • Ensuring that all documentation is stored in accordance with the current QA System.
  • Collating material certification information and matching to purchase orders.
  • Liaising with material and equipment suppliers to obtain missing certification.
  • Collating all required documentation and compiling a complete technical O&M manual in line with the Musk QA procedure. Inclusive of material certification, equipment manuals, pressure testing documentation, technical drawings.
  • Collating documentation to satisfy  insurance review processes.
  • Supporting project teams with validation documentation where required for Pharmaceutical projects.
  • Understanding and complying with industry regulatory documentation requirements i.e Pharmaceutical documentation requirements.
  • Compile eDoc’s  – Training will be provided.)

This role will be office based with ocassional visits to workshop enviroments
