As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and running the children's home. You will be responsible for ensuring the home operates in compliance with all relevant regulations, providing leadership and managing the staff to ensure that the highest standards of care are delivered to children.

To be considered for the role you must have:

* Previous Ofsted Registered Children's Manager or Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (min 2 years) in a children's home

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (Preferred but not essential)

* Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding

* Excellent leadership & communication skills
