We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Lead to join a dedicated team focused on supporting younger and older individuals with disabilities, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

As a Clinical Lead, you will bring your clinical expertise to oversee and ensure the delivery of exceptional care in a complex care environment. You will be responsible for leading a team, managing clinical governance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Clinical Lead Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Nurses and support staff to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Lead by example to encourage and support residents in achieving their full potential.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance, and identify training needs for continuous staff development.
  • Ensure the service meets all safety standards, legislation, and policies, and oversee clinical practices within the home.
  • Manage shift schedules and ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care-related activities.

Clinical Lead Requirements:

  • Proficiency in PEG feeding, NG feeding, catheterisation, and tracheostomy care.
  • RGN qualified with an active NMC pin.
  • Previous leadership experience in a nursing home or complex care setting.
  • A driving license is preferred but not essential.
