- We are seeking an experienced Laser Machine Operative to join our client in Swadlincote, who is detail-oriented and ready to work with advanced laser machinery.
- The position offers a permanent role after 12 weeks, with a work schedule of 37.5 hours per week on a PM shift from Monday to Friday.
- The salary includes paid overtime after 37.5 hours, with rates of 1.33 for weekly overtime and 1.5 for weekend overtime.
- Candidates should have essential Bystronic Laser experience and strong attention to detail, while the ability to read technical drawings is preferable but not required as training will be provided.

Laser Machine Job Details;
Daily maintenance of machinery and pre-use checks
Use of production software
Fibre Laser operation
FLT operation- can be trained on site
Checking parts against drawings and segregating cut parts into correct packs
Read and follow drawings
Weekly machine clean downs
Machine Operative Person Specification;
Bystronic Laser experience isessential
Strong attention to detail is essential
Ability to use basic computer functions and the use of measuring equipment such as micrometre/Vernier calliper
Ability to read technical drawings is preferable but not essential as training can be provided for
