SF Recruitment have an exciting role available for a Product Trainer and Customer Coordinator to be face of our client’s innovative product range! This dynamic role combines customer interaction, hands-on training, and travel across various locations, making every day different and exciting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Demonstrate and inform customers of the features and benefits of our product range to a high standard.
  • Travel to various customers around the UK
  • Arriving at customers depots in good time to set up the demonstration van
  • To arrange visits in conjunction with ASM’s and BDM’s.
  • Training customers, employees and management staff.
  • Cleaning and generally keeping display stands in good working condition.
  • Assembling display stands and POS, banners, and literature.
  • Daily and weekly maintenance of the display van and keeping to proper service intervals and informing your line manager of any unexpected expenditure.
  • Data capturing.
  • Attending trade shows

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong desire to understand customer needs and provide excellent service.
  • A cooperative mindset and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Always striving for the highest standards in work, proactively seeking improvement opportunities.
  • Able to manage your time effectively, plan visits, and maintain accurate records.
  • A confident communicator who is not afraid to speak to demonstrate products and present in front of people
  • Confident with basic maths for analysing and presenting numerical data.

What You’ll Need:

  • Full UK driving license (required for travel, however company van will be provided)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, training, or product demonstrations (preferred).
