HCR is partnering with a leading UK non-profit, operating since the 1940s, to find an experienced Clinical Deputy Home Manager for a dedicated team supporting individuals with disabilities. As a Clinical Deputy Home Manager, you’ll provide leadership in a complex care setting, ensuring exceptional standards and regulatory compliance.

Clinical Deputy Home Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on care plans with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team of nurses and support staff
