 Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Ashby-De-La-Zouch – £49,937 + 7% pension + medical + flexible working and paternity leave

Company Overview: We are partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturing company, recognized globally for its stability and growth. With seven UK sites and a group-wide turnover of £2.5 billion, this company supplies major UK retailers and produces well-known products. The Ashby-De-La-Zouch site features a wide range of machinery, including conveyor systems, fryers, weighing machines, bagging machines, case packers, and ovens. We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

The Role: As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Reactive maintenance and breakdown response
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Fault finding, both electrically and mechanically
• Supporting the maintenance of all production machinery
• Engaging in project work to improve site operations

You: To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience working in a manufacturing, food, or FMCG environment
• A Level 3 NVQ or apprenticeship in electrical engineering
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team
