Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a bespoke manufacturer to recruit an Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their established team in Swadincote.
Salary- £53,000
Shifts- Days only- flexible hoursBenefits:Â
- 29 days holiday including Bank holidaysÂ

- Days only- flexibility on hours
- Up to 10% company pension
- Overtime available
Duties of the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer will include:
- Carry out work orders by the Planned Preventative Maintenance systemÂ
- Undertake diagnostic checks in machinery breakdownÂ
- Complete timely and appropriate remedial work to return the plant to service.Â
- Identify any spare part requirements
- Diagnosing breakdown problems
- Install and commission to recognised standards any new or relocated equipment within the site.
We are keen to speak with Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers who possess the following:
- Electrically qualified with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- Ideally apprentice trained
- Have experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment- ideally heavy industry
- Experience with PPM’s and breakdowns
- PLC fault finding
- A sound working knowledge of modern pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components.
