We are recruiting for a leading company with a strong presence in the market who are commitment to innovation and on the lookout for a talented Finance Business Partner with experience in supply chain or logistics to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in shaping the financial strategy and driving performance improvements across this growing global company.

The Role:As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, providing insightful financial analysis and strategic support. You will use your expertise to influence decision-making within the supply chain and logistics functions, ensuring that financial goals align with business objectives. You will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, while delivering key insights that drive operational efficiency and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and decision support to senior management, particularly within the supply chain and logistics functions.
• Partner with operational teams to understand key performance drivers and deliver value-added insights.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial plans for logistics and supply chain activities.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvements, and operational efficiency's.
• Provide regular financial reporting and ensure accurate tracking of key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business performance and recommend actionable strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operational leaders, driving financial awareness across the business.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or a similar operational environment.
