Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
  • Ensure students remain on task and follow the lesson plan.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to students as needed.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
