Are you an HR Admin looking to join a thriving business on a 12 month FTC, who will offer you 33 Days holiday, flexibility and a great working environment?

This business was created in 2015 from an offshoot of a very successful group of construction companies. Since 2015 they have grown from 1 employee to 120. They are in need of another Estimator to join the team to keep up with demand.

Day to day, you will provide comprehensive HR guidance, supporting both managers and employees across the board. From recruitment to performance management, employee engagement to rewards, you'll be instrumental in shaping a thriving workplace culture.

On offer is ongoing training and progression and the opportunity to work with some of the most advanced products in the construction industry within a busy and varied working environment.

The role:
* Orchestrating Recruitment processes
* Assisting with the application of HR policies and procedures
* Assisting with employee engagement activities

The person:
* HR Admin
* Good knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment law.
* Experience supporting recruitment
