Your new role The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, assist with recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and help with various HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and recent experience of working in a busy HR team.What you'll need to succeed

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (absence, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
  • Dealing with employee requests regarding all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
  • Assist managers with handling disciplinaries
  • Induction and onboarding of newly hired employees.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates and arranging interviews.
  • Will have at least 12 months recent experience of working in a busy HR team
  • Ideally, have CIPD Level 3
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter who is happy to engage with senior stakeholders and offer them HR support
  • Employment law knowledge
