Pertemps are looking for a dynamic Sales Support Coordinator to join our successful client based in Swadlincote and support the Sales team doing all the administration and providing Customer support.We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our clients team on a full-time permanent basis.As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing orders within agreed time frames, providing excellent customer service,monitoring deliveries, dealing with queries, and identifying potential sales opportunities.The ideal candidate will have a passion for building good client relationships and be driven.Candidates living in Swadlincote, Burton Upon Trent, and Ashby are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders within agreed time frames and following company procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and adopt the "go the extra mile" policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor deliveries and track them where necessary, advising customers accordingly.
  • Deal effectively and efficiently with queries and correspondence in a polite and professional manner
  • Be proactive in identifying potential sales opportunities on the company website.
  • Follow up on leads and support the online business.
  • Complete all related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy in all paperwork, including daily filing.
  • Maintain records of customer discounts and monitor monthly promotions.
