I am recruiting for a TA with this experience on a full time basis in Swadlincote

We are looking to bring aboard, a calm, nurturing and patient teaching assistant, genuine passion for helping students with additional needs.

Duties:

This child needs someone to support them through their day at school, supporting in all aspects.
You will be working closely with lead teacher, giving feedback on progression
Support the student with emotional and behavioral development, promoting a positive learning environment
Encourage and assist the student in social interactions and participation in class activities.


About you:

NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent is desirable.
Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with additional needs is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students and work well with teachers and parents.
A patient, caring, and creative approach to problem-solving and education.
Commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt to various learning needs and styles.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to undergo this process).
