Role Overview:
As an SEND Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to students, enabling them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work 1:1 or in small groups with students with SEN, adapting your support to their specific needs.
Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement strategies for inclusive learning.
Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging engagement and confidence.
Assist in managing classroom activities and supporting behavior strategies.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
Requirements:
Experience working with students with SEN, particularly Autism, ADHD, and selective mutism, is highly desirable.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work part-time or full-time as required.
