LTF Recruitment are looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant to support students in a vibrant secondary school setting. The successful candidate will join a supportive and successful school, working collaboratively to support student growth and development by delivering individualised support to a diverse range of students.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Offer individualised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with students, staff and parents to build a supportive network
  • Collaborate closely with teachers to understand the students learning styles, strengths and challenges of individual students
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom culture that fosters a sense of value and support for all students
  • Develop positive relationships with students, guiding them in adhering to school rules and expectations

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in an education setting or similar
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with diverse learning needs, adapt learning and provide tailored support
  • Have a passion for education and fostering a positive learning experience for all students
  • An Enhanced DBS and two references are a requirement for this role
