Our client is an established company with an excellent reputation. Allied with the construction industry they are seeking someone with a passion for all things HR to work with them on a 12 month contract.
Very keen to support their workforce, our client is looking for someone to carry out the following duties:
- Provide guidance on HR & company policy, best practice, employee relations, etc
- Play a key role in onboarding, career development, etc
- Support management by supplying HR advice, performance management, etc
- Keep abreast of employment law and ensure company compliance
- Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Ad hoc duties as may be required
