In the role, the successful IT Support Technician will be working on providing 1st line support to the company's broad range of employees. Operating from a service desk, you will be one of the go-to IT Support Engineers in the company. The companies are spread across the Swadlincote and Burton areas so there will be some travel involved.

The Role:
* Providing 1st/2nd IT and Technical Support to group employees
* Operating and managing the IT Service Desk
* Hybrid working

The Person:
* Background as an IT Support Technician/Engineer
* Experience with Microsoft Office stack
* Full UK Driving License
