ATA are supporting a leading manufacturing group who are looking to add an experienced multiskilled maintenance engineer to their team. About the role

As a multiskilled maintenance engineer, you will be working within a fast paced and busy production environment. You will be responsible for maintaining PLC controlled equipment including robotics and conveyor systems.

Responsibilities include:

- Utilising CMMS to complete planned preventive maintenance.

- Reacting to breakdowns in a timely manner.

- Fault finding through various methods, including drawings, multimeter, plc.

- Machine upgrade, refurbishment and new Machine installation.

- Improving plant reliability.

About you

As you will be working within a small engineering team, its important you are able to work effectively in a multiskilled capacity, this will include working alone to perform electrical maintenance tasks.

- Previous experience working with a manufacturing setting is essential.

- Understanding and practical experience of maintaining pneumatics systems.

- Understanding of PLC systems and how to fault find using them.

- Apprentice trained with a recognised level 3 engineering qualification.

- Flexibility to work overtime shifts.
