One of our established clients are currently looking for a Site Manager to oversee tradesmen on roof repairs and internal refurbishment works on an industrial unit.
The right person will have experience on roof repairs, internal refurbishment works, overseeing tradesmen, abiding by health and safety, and driving the job forward.
The right candidate's main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing subbies
- Liaising with client
- Ensuring the project is on track
- Work completed to a high standard
- Ensure health and safety protocol is followed
The right candidate will have the following:
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS Certificate
- First Aid at Work
