Shift Pattern
Three-week rolling rota. Shifts are from 9:45am to 12:00am, followed by a sleep-in, then from 7:30am until 10:45am
About The Role:
P4 Recruitment are working with a Chartiy that are seeking a motivated, compassionate individual to help change lives for those experiencing homelessness. As a Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with potentially complex needs, including homelessness, substance misuse, mental health struggles, or a history of offending behaviour.
P4 Recruitment mission is to break the cycle of homelessness by empowering individuals to develop the skills necessary to sustain a tenancy and live independently. We deliver intensive, person-centred support that addresses areas such as benefits, accessing support services, budgeting, community integration, and partnership working. We are committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of the people we support.
We are looking for someone who is dedicated, empathetic, and passionate about helping people achieve their full potential. You should also be calm, approachable, and capable of managing potentially challenging situations.
