Zest Education is currently working with a delightful school in Swadlincote that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis starting from March 2025 until July 2025, with the possibility of extending into the new academic year if it's a good fit for both parties.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is preferred
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students
- Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to student development
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Assisting students with their learning activities and providing one-on-one support when needed
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers
- Participating in extra-curricular activities and school events
Pay will begin from 80.00 a day and will depend on references and experience.
