Are you an experienced SHEQ professional with a passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment?

We have an exciting opportunity for a SHEQ Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of safety protocols and quality control processes.

Description of the role:

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Deliver safety training and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Create and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met.
  • Perform quality audits on materials and finished goods, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and update company policies accordingly.
  • Lead initiatives to improve safety and quality performance, reducing waste and enhancing efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement in SHEQ processes.

About you:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in safety and quality management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • NEBOSH qualified with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with quality management software and Microsoft Office.
