- Authorising people in and out of the building.
- Signing for deliveries and ensuring they are assigned to the correct person.
- Answering phone calls and transferring them where nececarry.Â
- basic admin duties such as printing, documenting and scanning.
- Some previous expereince in an admin/reception role is beneficial.
- The abilty to communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Organisation and admistrative skills are essential.
