Pertemps are looking for a dynamic Sales Support Coordinatorto join our successful client based in Swadlincote and support the Sales team doing all the administration and providing Customer support.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our clients team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing orders within agreed time frames, providing excellent customer service,
monitoring deliveries, dealing with queries, and identifying potential sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building good client relationships and be driven.
Candidates living in Swadlincote, Burton Upon Trent, and Ashby are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders within agreed time frames and following company procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and adopt the "go the extra mile" policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor deliveries and track them where necessary, advising customers accordingly.
  • Deal effectively and efficiently with queries and correspondence in a polite and professional manner
  • Be proactive in identifying potential sales opportunities on the company website.
  • Follow up on leads and support the online business.
  • Complete all related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy in all paperwork, including daily filing.
  • Maintain records of customer discounts and monitor monthly promotions.
In return they will offer an excellent salary of 23,000 - 25,000 perannum depending on experience and you will work within a supportive work environment.

You will work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Friday.
