Our client is a reputable business in Swadlincote and are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their finance team.

The successful candidate will be joining a Manufacturing and Production organisation which still has that family feel.

This is an opportunity to have flexible working hours and the potential to work part time hours (30 hours per week). However, is a 100% office based role.

Description

Accounts Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Transactional finance duties (Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger)
• Inputting Purchase Ledger invoices
• Raising Sales Ledger invoices
• Deal with queries via phone and email
• Reconciliations (various)
• Raising reports
• General adhoc duties that may be required

Profile

The successful Accounts Assistant:

• Be local to Swadlincote
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Accounting systems
• Good communication skills
• Team player

Job Offer

• Salary up to 27,000
