In this fulfilling role, you will provide care, support, and guidance to children with learning disabilities, including Autism, ADHD, and non-verbal communication, helping them thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.

- Collaborate closely with the Registered Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Experience with Autism, ADHD, or non-verbal communication is a plus, but if you're enthusiastic and willing to learn, we can provide full training.
- Knowledge of Makaton or PECS is desirable, but not essential.
- A valid UK/EU manual driving licence is highly desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to work a rolling rota with sleep-in shifts.
- An enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks (we can help with this).
- Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Saturday
- Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Sunday
- Week 3: Wednesday
