We are looking to recruit an experienced 1st / 2nd line support engineer who has a wealth of experience providing 1st and 2nd line support in a Microsoft environment. That should include a detailed understanding of Azure, Active Directory (online) Exchange and Office 365.

This is an office based support role based in our clients office near Wakefield. To be a success in this role in addition a good technical foundation supporting a Microsoft infrastructure, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be someone who is passionate about customer service.
