Location: Necton / Swaffham
Rate: £400 - £500 Per day PAYE
Duration: 12 MonthsResponsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of site operations, including planning, scheduling, safety, quality, and budget control.
- Manage a team of site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, National Grid standards, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and other contractors.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- SMSTS / SSSTS
- CSCS Gold / Black
- HSG47
- National Grid Competant Persons
- Temporary Works Co-ordinator
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations, including IOSH and relevant industry standards.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
