Job Summary:Howard Finley Care is currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our client's reputable residential home in Swaffham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents while working in a supportive and friendly environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, ensuring all care aligns with individual care plans.
- Support residents with daily living tasks, fostering dignity and independence.
- Maintain accurate care records in compliance with CQC and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to create a warm and supportive atmosphere.
- Ensure all contact with residents and their families is polite, friendly, and professional.
